Vocaliz offers text-to-speech technology using artificial intelligence to generate audio with natural voices in multiple languages. Our service allows users to convert written text into audio files with different voices and styles.

3. User Account

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

Vocaliz offers different service plans as described on our website. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as specified. We reserve the right to change our prices with prior notification.

Payments are processed through secure means, including credit cards and digital payments. All payments are final and non-refundable, except when required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. User Content: You retain rights to any text you submit to the Service for conversion.

5.2. Generated Audio: You receive a license to use the audio generated by the Service for your own purposes, subject to applicable payment and these Terms.

• Use generated audio to create illegal, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content
• Resell, redistribute, or license Vocaliz voices or technologies
• Attempt to extract, copy, or replicate Vocaliz voices or technologies

• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Create misleading content or impersonate real individuals without authorization

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil.
